Turks' Heads and Petitions

Author: Cecilia Emden
Location: Koh Chang, Thailand
Today was a pretty relaxed day. After breakfast and clean up, a few of us went up to the bow sprit and played a game where you have to answer questions as you're jumping off the boat. We had a ton of fun just messing around. Our game ended however, for an hour of sail instructions and review on sailing vocabulary and different parts of boats. From there we organized another excursion to the cute little resort on the beach. We came back in time for lunch, and to prepare for our short motor to Koh Chang. While underway we had some nice boat bonding, as everyone was either reading, working on a turks' head or just talking down below in the saloon. During dinner I presented Dan with a petition signed by everyone on the boat requesting to do a boom swing. He said he'd try to see if we can fit it in, which should be fun. We're all ready for our Lifeworks Forum tonight and by the looks of it, tomorrow should be really exciting! Today has been a really good day, and we're ending it anchored in a beautiful bay and hopefully with a meaningful chat tonight.
btw- tomorrow is my birthday
