After what seemed like days of travel (and eagerness), we finally made it. People were arriving at the boats all hours of the day (and night for some), but those who made it in the afternoon were able to take their swim test and make new friends! By 11pm all shipmates were aboard, and we who made it for tortellini dinner got to know each other and familiarize ourselves with many aspects of our new lives afloat, with much help from Coco, Will, and even Nick when he returned from the airport. It is absolutely beautiful here and day two will bring many adventures.
