Day 7

We woke up early and motored over to fill our water tanks. Then we had a dive chat and ate delicious mac and cheese. We then had a trip to the beach and had the choice of windsurfing or riding on the Rhodes, where we had our pictures taken by yachtshotsbvi.com (click on the link Rhodes 19). We then proceeded to play volleyball and a fair amount of games. We learned that the Rhodes are counter-intuitive when steering and we had fun undoing the raft early in the morning. Although we may do one thing the reaction and following actions can be opposite of what we planned.

Day 7

The day began by an incredible sunrise and some wind. The seas were rather rough but still beautiful. After a good breakfast the advanced divers went diving and the beginners went waterskiing. Everyone did waterskiing, sailing, and dive class. Then we went to Leverick Bay to get more water, empty our tanks, and did a little shopping for the shipmates. After Leverick Bay we came back to Vixen Point, took showers, and got ready for the BBQ and dance tonight. Everyone dressed very well for this exciting evening.

Day 7

Today we went to Leverick Bay for early shore time. Then we motored back to Vixen Point and enjoyed a delicious meal of mac and cheese, and then a lecture on equipment and a CPR lesson. The day ended with the Vixen Point BBQ.

Day 7

Today there was great wind for sailing the smaller boats in Gorda Sound. Unfortunately Patty J had engine problems, leaving us stranded on the moorning ball for 2-3 hours. Finally once the boat's engine was up and going again we went to refill the water tanks and give the boat a complete scrub down. Once we got back to Vixen Point we played multiple intense volleyball matches. We ended the day with a BBQ and dance.

Day 7

Today we had a rotation day. We sailed picos, learned about dive tables, waterskiied/wakeboarded, and sailed across the bay to get more provisions. It wasn't our most busy day, but it was fun-filled. There was a little bit of rain in the morning but it cleared up quickly and turned out to be a beautiful warm day. Right now we are all about to head out to a BBQ with music, dancing, and food. It's sure to be a blast.

Day 7

Today we had a massive food fight. Maximo threw an apple at me and I wiped lettuce on Chloe. It was fun! Aside from that we went to a small town and bought various commodities. Tonight we are going to a dance. We also went wakeboarding. Daniel and Jason did a 180. I got up for the first time. So did Henderson. I got up and then I fell. It was fun!

Day 4

It's raining but it's all good. Today was awesome!!!! Sweet dive, and we are working out everybody on the boat. Sweet time. While our fellow dive boat, Natasha, ran out of bread and had to borrow two loaves of ours due to their late night PB+J habits, Jeff, Lucia, Greg, Cowie, and Caitlin were seen "pumping iron" near the bow. Today we went to the beach to practice navigation, finalizing our newly appreciated knowledge underwater, marking our first training dive. More happened, but already I can't wait to see the new things that will make my day better tomorrow.
